General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Grazia International Agency, in particular the placement of escorts (hereinafter "models").

1.2 By using our services, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions in their currently valid version. Changes or deviations require written consent.

2. Mediation services

2.1 Grazia only arranges companions for social events. Any activities beyond this are purely voluntary and are outside the scope of the contractual relationship.

2.2 Grazia assumes no liability for the behavior of the models or customers during a meeting.

3. Deposit and payment terms

3.1 A deposit is required in the following cases:

Bookings outside the model's hometown.
new customers.
travel companions.
home visits.
Bookings made more than 7 days in advance.

3.2 The deposit is at least €500 plus any travel costs incurred and serves to secure the booking. It ensures that the model can plan her time in a binding manner. The deposit is non-refundable, but can be offset against a future booking within a specified period (usually three months from receipt of payment).

3.3 The remaining amount must be paid at the beginning of the meeting at the latest. Payments can be made by bank transfer or in cash, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation conditions

4.1 Cancellations by the customer are subject to an expense allowance:

If the customer cancels a confirmed appointment, a flat rate of €500 will be charged, as well as any travel costs already incurred (e.g. flight or train tickets). However, individual arrangements can be made and the appointment can be postponed to an alternative date.
If the model is already on the way to the agreed appointment, the full fee plus travel expenses will be charged.
For appointments or travel accompaniments of 24 hours or more that are cancelled less than 7 days before the start, 40% of the agreed fee plus the travel costs already incurred will be due.

4.2 A rescheduling of the appointment or goodwill arrangements can be agreed upon individually and by mutual consent.

5. Canceling a date

5.1 If an appointment is cancelled by one of the parties within the first 30 minutes, a flat rate of €150 will be charged to cover the organisational costs incurred. In addition, any travel costs already incurred will be invoiced. This regulation corresponds to the agreed contractual conditions and serves to compensate for effort and expenses.

5.2 If the customer or the model terminates the appointment prematurely after the first 30 minutes, at least the agreed minimum booking period of 2 hours and the actual duration of the meeting up to that point will be invoiced pro rata based on the agreed fee. In addition, travel costs already incurred will be charged in full. This regulation serves to ensure fair processing and compensation for all parties involved in accordance with the contractual agreements.

6. Rights and obligations of customers

6.1 The customer undertakes to provide truthful and complete information when making a booking.

6.2 Any inappropriate behavior or disregard of the agreed conditions will result in the immediate termination of the meeting without any right to reimbursement.

7. Data Protection

7.1 Grazia processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Customer-related data is only stored for the purpose of processing the booking and in accordance with legal regulations. After the booking has been completed, personal data can be deleted unless there are legal retention periods.

7.2 Customers have the right to request information about their stored data, to request its deletion or correction and to object to its processing.

8. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the economic purpose.

By confirming a booking with Grazia International Agency, the customer automatically agrees to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC). This also applies without a separate signature or express confirmation of the GTC. The customer confirms that he has read, understood and accepted the GTC. If there are any questions or uncertainties regarding the GTC, the customer is obliged to contact the agency before booking.
