1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Grazia International Agency, in particular the placement of escorts (hereinafter "models").
1.2 By using our services, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions in their currently valid version. Changes or deviations require written consent.
2.1 Grazia only arranges companions for social events. Any activities beyond this are purely voluntary and are outside the scope of the contractual relationship.
2.2 Grazia assumes no liability for the behavior of the models or customers during a meeting.
3.1 A deposit is required in the following cases:
3.2 The deposit is at least €500 plus any travel costs incurred and serves to secure the booking. It ensures that the model can plan her time in a binding manner. The deposit is non-refundable, but can be offset against a future booking within a specified period (usually three months from receipt of payment).
3.3 The remaining amount must be paid at the beginning of the meeting at the latest. Payments can be made by bank transfer or in cash, unless otherwise agreed.
4.1 Cancellations by the customer are generally subject to a processing fee:
If a customer cancels a confirmed appointment, a flat processing fee of €500 will be charged, along with any travel expenses already incurred (e.g., flight or train tickets). In exceptional cases, rescheduling to an alternative date may be arranged by mutual agreement.
Should the model have already arrived or be on their way to the agreed appointment, the agreed total fee plus travel expenses will be due.
For appointments or travel accompaniments of 24 hours or more, in the event of cancellation, 40 % of the agreed fee as well as the travel expenses already incurred will be charged.
If a travel date lasting more than 48 hours is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled date, the agreed total fee is payable in full.
This arrangement serves both to compensate the agency and to provide appropriate compensation to the model for the time that has been reserved.
4.2 A rescheduling of the appointment or goodwill arrangements can be agreed upon individually and by mutual consent.
5.1 If an appointment is cancelled by one of the parties within the first 30 minutes, a flat rate of €150 will be charged to cover the organisational costs incurred. In addition, any travel costs already incurred will be invoiced. This regulation corresponds to the agreed contractual conditions and serves to compensate for effort and expenses.
5.2 If the agreed appointment is terminated prematurely by the client or the model after the first 30 minutes, the contractually agreed minimum fee – but at least the applicable minimum booking duration (usually 2 hours or, for international bookings, the correspondingly specified minimum duration) – remains payable in full. Any travel expenses already incurred must be borne entirely by the client. This provision serves to protect both parties' interests and to ensure the contractually agreed remuneration and reimbursement of expenses.
6.1 The customer undertakes to provide truthful and complete information when making a booking.
6.2 Any inappropriate behavior or disregard of the agreed conditions will result in the immediate termination of the meeting without any right to reimbursement.
7.1 Grazia processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Customer-related data is only stored for the purpose of processing the booking and in accordance with legal regulations. After the booking has been completed, personal data can be deleted unless there are legal retention periods.
7.2 Customers have the right to request information about their stored data, to request its deletion or correction and to object to its processing.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the economic purpose.
By confirming a booking with Grazia International Agency, the customer automatically agrees to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC). This also applies without a separate signature or express confirmation of the GTC. The customer confirms that he has read, understood and accepted the GTC. If there are any questions or uncertainties regarding the GTC, the customer is obliged to contact the agency before booking.
