General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

1.1 These GTC apply to all services offered by Grazia International Agency, in particular the arrangement of companions (hereinafter referred to as “Models”).

1.2 By using our services, the client accepts these GTC in their current valid version. Any amendments or deviations require written consent.

2. Agency Services

2.1 Grazia exclusively arranges companions for social occasions. Any activities beyond this occur solely on a voluntary basis and fall outside the contractual relationship.

2.2 Grazia accepts no liability for the conduct of the Models or clients during a meeting.

3. Deposit and Terms of Payment

3.1 A deposit is required in the following cases:

• bookings outside the Model’s home city
• new clients
• travel companionships
• outcalls / home visits
• bookings made more than 7 days in advance

3.2 The deposit amounts to at least €500, plus any applicable travel expenses, and serves as a binding security for the booking. It ensures that the Model can reserve her time accordingly. The deposit is non-refundable, but may be credited toward a future booking within a specified period (generally three months from receipt of payment).

3.3 The remaining balance must be paid no later than at the beginning of the meeting. Payments may be made by bank transfer or in cash, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellations by the client are generally subject to a compensation fee:

If a confirmed appointment is cancelled by the client, a flat handling fee of €500 plus any travel costs already incurred (for example flight or train tickets) will be charged. In individual cases, a postponement to an alternative date may be agreed upon by prior arrangement.

If the Model has already travelled or is already on her way to the agreed appointment, the full agreed fee plus travel costs becomes due.

For appointments or travel arrangements of 24 hours or more, a minimum of €500 plus any travel costs already incurred will be charged in the event of cancellation.

If a travel date lasting more than 24 hours is cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, the full agreed fee plus all travel costs must be paid in full.

This provision serves both to compensate the agency and to provide the Model with appropriate compensation for the time she reserved on a binding basis.

4.2 Rescheduling or goodwill arrangements may be agreed individually by mutual consent.

5. Early Termination of a Date

5.1 If an appointment is terminated by either party within the first 30 minutes, a flat fee of €250 will be charged to cover the organizational effort incurred. In addition, any travel costs already incurred will be charged. This provision reflects the agreed contractual terms and serves to compensate for expenses and effort.

5.2 If the agreed appointment is terminated early by either the client or the Model after the first 30 minutes, the contractually agreed minimum fee remains payable in full, but at least the applicable minimum booking duration must be paid in full (generally 2 hours, or in the case of international bookings, the applicable minimum duration specified for such bookings). Any travel costs already incurred must in all cases be borne in full by the client. This provision serves to protect the interests of both parties and to ensure the contractually agreed remuneration and reimbursement of expenses.

6. Rights and Obligations of Clients

6.1 The client undertakes to provide truthful and complete information when making a booking.

6.2 Any inappropriate behavior or disregard of the agreed terms will result in the immediate termination of the meeting without any entitlement to a refund.

6.3 If the client fails to comply with basic hygiene standards and the Model therefore decides not to proceed with or to terminate the appointment, the full agreed fee shall remain payable and no refund shall be due.

7. Data Protection

7.1 Grazia processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Client-related data is stored only for the purpose of processing the booking and in compliance with legal requirements. After completion of the booking, personal data may be deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7.2 Clients have the right to request information about their stored data, to request its deletion or correction, and to object to its processing.

8. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the intended economic purpose.

Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

By confirming a booking with Grazia International Agency, the client automatically agrees to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC). This applies even without a separate signature or explicit confirmation of the GTC. The client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the GTC. If the client has any questions or uncertainties regarding the GTC, they are required to contact the agency before making a booking.
