Grace leads Grazia’s strategic direction, defines its quality standards, and oversees the selection and support of the ladies. She is responsible for the bigger picture: brand positioning, selection processes, and the continuous development of the agency. At the same time, she remains closely connected to daily operations because to us, high class is not merely a label, but a standard that must be upheld every single day.
Melissa
Booking & Organisation
Melissa manages the daily booking operations and supports both the Grazias and our clients with planning, organisation, and execution. With a strong sense for interpersonal dynamics and a refined instinct for matching, she helps ensure that each date is not only well-suited, but also flawlessly coordinated from an organisational perspective. Melissa is available in both English and German.
Jessika
Booking & Organisation
Jessika is responsible for the day-to-day handling of bookings, planning, and coordination, bringing calmness, structure, and an exceptional eye for detail to every process. She guides both clients and models through each step of the booking journey, ensures smooth communication, and keeps every arrangement running seamlessly. Jessika speaks French and Spanish as native speaker & English and German fluently.
Gia
Booking & Organisation
Gia plays a key role behind the scenes in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. She coordinates bookings, and supports both the team and our clients throughout the planning and implementation process. Thanks to her strong intuition for people and situations, she contributes greatly to creating harmonious matches and preparing each date with the utmost care. Gia is a native speaker of German and Italian and is also fluent in English and Spanish.
Karolina
Marketing & Strategy
Karolina is responsible for Grazia’s marketing and strategic brand presence behind the scenes. Working closely with the team, she oversees the website, content, and overall brand image, while also shaping the continued development of Grazia as a distinctive and premium digital brand. Her work ensures that Grazia remains clearly positioned, visually refined, and consistently aligned with the agency’s high standards.
